Sub Freelander in 2009?

Another on-again-off-again-on-again project is a smaller-than-Freelander SUV from Land Rover in 2009. Primarily for the European market, it is uncertain whether the baby ute will be brought to the United States. However, with rising fuel costs and the demand still high for so-called SUVs, discussions are ongoing. Code-named L358 and often referred to as the Adventurer, the newest member of the Land Rover family will be built on the Focus C1 platform. Stay tuned for more updates.
