Landie News Part 2

Land Rover in an interview this week with Automotive New Europe has confirmed that a smaller than Freelander 4x4 is in the works.

Land Rover's Chief designer Geoff Upex said the Landie would be in the premium small-vehicle niche with BMW's Mini Cooper and commented "Premium becomes less and less about size. The Mini showed that a premium car doesn't have to be big."
